Gulnoz is a development finance professional at FINCA Tajikistan, where she progressed from Management Board Assistant to Project Manager within three years. She works on expanding access to financial services in rural communities, helping people better manage their money and use formal banking services. She currently manages an EU-funded project promoting financial literacy and access to cash services across Tajikistan. In the first six months, the project reached 20+ regions and supported 800+ beneficiaries.

Gulnoz is an alumna of the SUSI and ITEC programs and served as a Regional Representative of the U.S.-CAEF Alumni Association (2025). She will continue as a Board Member for 2026–2028, contributing to alumni engagement and regional collaboration across Central Asia.

Through her work, she is helping bridge the gap between underserved communities and the financial system, supporting more inclusive economic growth in the region.
