As FINCA’s internal auditor, Izat conducts risk-oriented audits of corporate procedures aimed at increasing the efficiency of companies’ performances. Apart from his employment with FINCA, Izat is involved in the development of two start-ups: one related to an online ticketing system, and the second – to the supply of imported materials for local confectionaries.
In addition, last summer, Izat volunteered to be part of the organizing committee for a 4-day international conference called “Better Understanding for a Better World” (BUBW), held for the first time in Bishkek. One hundred participants from all over the world attended BUBW to discuss such vital topics as sectarian tensions, civic engagement, and the danger of extremism and radicalism. Izat played a major role in the success of the conference
Throughout these years after his graduation from AUCA, Izat has been actively involved in the U.S.-CAEF alumni events and provided support to our alumni.
