Mentors

Provide 1-on-1 mentorship

Offer bi-weekly guidance over 3 months

Help students with career planning, goal-setting, CVs, motivation letters, and confidence building
Speakers

Lead a 45–60 minute session or alumni panel

Share your career story, lessons learned, and tips for success

Speak on topics such as job search strategies, industry insights, graduate study advice, or entrepreneurship
Job Shadow Hosts

Allow a student to observe your work for a day (online or in-person)

Show them how your field operates in real life

Help them connect theory with practice and ask real-world questions
Sponsors

Support the program through financial contributions or in-kind services

Help cover costs like event spaces, refreshments, program materials, celebration gifts, and printing

Mock Interviewers & Reviewers

Student Requirements:
To apply, students must:
-
Be enrolled at a university, preferably in your 3rd or 4th year
-
Be physically located in Bishkek or Chuy region
-
Demonstrate a strong motivation to grow personally and professionally

Have a good command of English (intermediate level and above), as the program includes English-language components and communication with international alumni

Be ready to actively participate in all program components, both online and (if possible) offline
-
Be able to commit time consistently to the program: this includes attending sessions, completing assignments, engaging with mentors, and participating in final presentations

Show a willingness to step outside their comfort zone, ask questions, and take initiative
